1.Try to manage your time in accordance with the business before pleasure principle. Originally, it is better not to initiate such situations, so, you should better believe this.
2.Spend at least two or three hours per week for sports activity. Stresses and overloads associated with study cause emotional and nervous breakdowns, and physical activity helps to overcome these overloads, or minimize the consequences of the breakdowns. Moreover, balancing of the learning and physical activities will restore your energy faster than passive resting.
3.Students life is impossible without students parties and nightclubs, nevertheless, try not to be a frequent guest on these parties. If it is impossible to miss them, just do not stay overnight, as red eyes and sleepy mind will not provide you with an opportunity of effective studying.
4.Keep in touch with home. Some students believe that living at a distance from home is useful, and they often forget to call parents. Nevertheless, when something is needed, they remember that parents are the only people who can help. It is not difficult to spend a few minutes a day (two or three days) to call and ask how they are getting on. They will appreciate it.
